What does it mean to treasure something? To delight in and cherish it. To hold it close and protect it. To savor and enjoy it. And to refuse to let anyone take it away.
That’s what the Bible can mean to us, not just when life crowds in with trauma and pain, but in our everyday, ordinary lives. The “living and active” scripture spoken of thousands of years ago in Hebrews can actually address not just the “big” issues in our lives, but the normal “What can the Bible possibly say about this?” things that pop up in our busy and often complicated lives.
Join us on March 17-18 for what promises to be not your average ladies retreat. This event will include expected things like teaching, worship, prayerful ministry…and, of course, chocolate. But it will also include lots of discussion and interaction where you can process the teaching in real time with women like you who want to grow in applying scripture to real life.
