The Youth Lock-In will be Friday, March 13. It will kick off at 7:00 pm and run until 7:00 am. The cost is $25 ($20 for siblings), which covers dinner, snacks, breakfast, and all of the activities and excursions of the night. For questions, contact Pastor Evan.

Update: Lock-In Canceled

Dear LCC Youth Family, 

It is our desire to walk in wisdom and honor the recommendations of governmental authorities during a time of need. Because of this, we've had to make the difficult decision to cancel the lock-in for now. In a season when keeping a strong immune system and practicing good hygiene is necessary both for our own health and to serve others, it does not seem best to keep students up all night and bring them on a school bus to a public location. When schools are canceling large gatherings and extra events, it seemed best to set a similar example by not having young people in close quarters for a lengthy period of time. As fun as the lock-in is, it's hard to argue that it's an essential event! We also want to do what we can to protect our church facilities that serve an elderly population, and the lock-in makes heavy use of the church building. 

If you have already registered and paid for the lock-in, we will be processing refunds soon.

I know many of you will be disappointed by this. God calls us to love our neighbors and to be considerate of their needs, and often that comes at a sacrifice. We are trusting the Lord in these times of uncertainty, and hoping to be a witness to the world.
